Catholic Family Life (CFL) is a registered charity and a member of Caritas Singapore, serving as an umbrella body for 15 affiliates and associates. Together, they journey with families through every stage of life.
Our mission is to form, empower, and restore families by:
Offering affordable marital, family, child, and adolescent therapy for those in need.
Conducting talks and workshops to help build resilient individuals and families.
Providing resources for couples and parents to communicate better, manage stress, and strengthen family bonds.
Supporting individuals facing unplanned pregnancies through our hotline and befriending service.
