Prayer for Paul the Musical
Loving Father, we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all participants of Paul the Musical, that every person will experience the power of Your love as they work. We pray that they will always remember that they are called to loving and faithful service to one another, and that they can trust You to provide and to lead them in all that they do.
We ask especially that You anoint and empower the Director and Cast so that they will understand the message You desire to convey through the Musical. Lord, give them the grace to proclaim Your message of love with conviction and passion!
Holy Spirit, we ask that You fill every heart with humility and love. Preserve the unity of the team, and strengthen the faith of every member so that they will persevere in the face of challenge and difficulty.
Lord Jesus, we pray for the core team of Paul the Musical. May they depend on Your power and be open to the prompting of the Holy Spirit as they serve their brothers and sisters.
Blessed Mother Mary, we ask for your powerful intercession for the success of Paul the Musical.
St Paul, pray for us.
We ask all this with confidence and faith through Christ our Lord.

Dear Lord,
In these intense period of rehearsals, I pray that You will grant us Your strength, guidance and constant reminder that we are doing this all for Your greater glory to proclaim Your word to Your people.
Thank you for being constantly there for us in times of our ups and downs. I want to lift all the casts and crews into Your loving hands, Lord.
'Your love is so great that no one can compare to you' and I just want to thank You for everything, Lord. Thank you for bringing all of us together as a communion to do Your will; and thank You for these angelic people around me who have always been there for me through this 'Paul the Musical' journey.

Dear Lord,
Do watch over us as we do our very best to make it work.
We remain the speakers in Your awesome sound system.
We remain the fabrics and trimmings in Your awesome collection.
We remain the brushes and sponges in Your awesome makeup palette.
We remain the raw materials in Your awesome props.
We remain the papers upon which You print Your awesome publications.
I would come up with more awkward analogies, but You already know what I want to say.
We remain Yours, so Guide us.

God, you called us each on to a journey with you and we are each at a
different place with different demands in our lives. Grant us the grace that
each one of us might in small ways and big ways lay aside things that
encumber us, things that are weighing us down so that we might be free to do
something that brings joy to your heart. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Dear Lord, in times of doubt
Dear Lord, in times of doubt and difficulty, help us to remember that through you all things are possible. Help us not to rely only on our own strength, but to lean on you and rely on you Lord.
Help us to be your instruments, Lord. Instruments of love, channels of peace.... help us to bring true joy to all around us.
Through this musical, help us to carry your message to all who watch it.
Help us also to always listen to you, as you whisper gently to us amid the noise and haste.
