Charismatic Renewal
The Charismatic Renewal was first introduced to the Catholic Church in the 1960s. It quickly spread to many countries all over the world. It is an outpouring of the Spirit, the divine work of God to renew his people.
The Catholic Charismatic Renewal began in Singapore in 1975. It is now active in many parishes throughout Singapore. Charismatic Renewal is not a movement in the Church meant for a specific group of people for a specific purpose. It is basic Christian renewal meant for every Christian.
