The Sacrament: Eucharist
The video during the praise and worship session on one of the songs with title "Blind Man".
The teaching session by Oka. If you are wondering why there are two videos, it is because we ran out of battery in the middle of the teaching session =P

John 6:48-58
A miracle that I never knew
It is about who is ...
Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord. Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself. (1Co 11:27-29)

The two tables at the Church that is one
The one table of the Eucharist
●
1346 The liturgy of the Eucharist [...] displays two great parts that form a fundamental unity […] The liturgy of the Word and liturgy of the Eucharist together form "one single act of worship"; the Eucharistic table set for us is the table both of the Word of God and of the Body of the Lord. 103 […] the Church […] never ceases to present to the faithful the bread of life, taken from the one table of God's Word and Christ's Body.

The Sacrament: Eucharist
Thank you Oka for the session- really enlightened me and came at the right time as I began to doubt the Holy Communion just a few days ago.
