The Answer to Prayers

Hi all.. it’s been long time since I came to this prayer meeting again…

However, I still could feel warm welcome from all of you.

The praise and worship was great. I feel a lot of improvement from Praise & Worship Ministry.

Thank you for William for the talk about The Answer to Prayers. I feel that the speaker delivered the talk very well. Some practical guidances which I feel can be applicable in our daily life. I just realize that I haven’t done my prayer for a while and a lot of reason that I made just to skip the prayer. Bro William said, we should try to do like this, say to yourself: “Maybe I will skip my prayer tomorrow so I have to do it today” Normally I will think the opposite way:” I will skip my prayer today and I will do it tomorrow”.

Prayer is the raising of one’s mind and heart to God or requesting of good things from God and God said, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

We should believe that God will provide all our needs not just our wants.

Like the bible said; “ Which one of you would hand his son a stone when he asks for a loaf of bread, or a snake when he asks for a fish? If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him”.

Pray in Jesus name, and our prayer will be answered by God. But I feel sometimes, it is not applicable to everyone. Something we might not get what we want from praying to God because maybe God think those thing will cause harm to us or may made us more arrogant/too proud to our self.

Or in other case, we might fall in failure in our life. It didn’t mean that God didn’t love us anymore. God blessing not only when we accomplished successfulness in our life but also in our failure in life. We realize it or not, through failure God bring the goodness to your life.
