There is nothing to fear where love is the guide.

Beautiful Mother
I recently came across this song called "Beautiful Mother" in spiritandsong.com. It was displayed in the home page of the website under "Song of the week".
It is about Mother Mary, how she would feel when she bore Jesus, kissed His holy face, and took care of Him. I listened to the song as I closed my eyes and realized how I do not often think of Mother Mary as how she is in the song, as a human and mother and daughter of God.
Maybe because I thought of Mother Mary as someone really holy, I thought that she would not feel all the human feelings or pains. But.. on the contrary, she was fully human, she experienced all the joyful and painful feelings, even to the point of pondering things in her heart when she did not really grasp or understand what was happening.
Seems to be quite appropriate for Mother's day and for Mary's month. And from this reflection, I would try to think that Mother Mary would understand too all the pains and suffering of her children in this world, and she also would rejoice in all our joyful and happy experiences.
For mothers, I think this song would be even more meaningful, when they really have children and experience what they feel or they have in their mind.
I will say the lyric is truly meaningful and tenderly written, just like the comments submitted for this song.
The reflection of the song writer as a mother is also very meaningful. Here is an excerpt:
So in my own journey of faith, I came to this understanding of our most Blessed Mom not as merely a holy woman, but as ONE OF US; a scared, but strong, girl who said the ultimate "yes"; who truly understands, comforts, befriends and prays for us moms.
Hope all of us will come to know and love our Mother even more, listening to her as she said "Do whatever He tells you" and eventually take courage to get closer to Jesus and do His will.
"To have courage for whatever comes in life - everything lies in that." (St Teresa of Avila)
