A reflection on Emmaus Community

It is very obvious that Emmaus has been growing in number and I believe that this is something that we should be thankful for as a community. Started with a small group of less than 10 persons, we recently saw twenty or more people praising and worshiping God in classroom 2 every Saturday.

In the midst of blessing in numbers, I believe we, as a community, should be sensitive to the spiritual growth. Are we a community of Christ's disciples who are passionately in love with the Lord, and whose love is reflected in their ordinary lives? Is the fire of evangelization and love of scripture part of our daily lives?
